Christmas in August:
We wish to thank all of you for the successful Toy Drive.
We specifically thank the staff and students at QHST. Special thanks to the Crowe family, Ms. Pat Rompola, Ms. Maxine, Ms. Aida, Ms. Peg, Ms. Duran and to Mr. San Galletano.
The toys will be distributed during our Christmas in August celebration. The children will prepare and send "Thank-You" cards to you all.
March 8th, 2017 is International Women's Day (IWD). Please help us make our third annual breakfast possible.

WECE sets to make young adolescents yield better use of school by providing them with a curriculum that encompasses problem solving, critical thinking, effective communication skills, time management, work habits, appropriate workplace behavior and dress, interview skills, values, teamwork and conflict resolution.
A Summer Poetry Contest is one of WECE's educational goals for youngsters of the Miragoane area. Thanks to our supporters, most specifically Ms. Yovana, Ms. Duran, Mr. Mohamad, Ms. Maxine we will be able to obtain at least one of the two prizes: WECE agrees that a Digital Camera would be a great First Prize. Please support by donating any unwanted gifts you have received during the holidays. A basket full of little gifts will be a nice 2nd or 3rd. prize. Thank-You!
Water Purification
WECE will work on water purification with its women members this summer. We will distribute materials such as amber bottles with dropper.
