Women Empowered Communities Enlivened

Ms. Bros finds it absolutely necessary to keep up with the legacy of her late mother. The late Mrs. Henriquez, a  fervent believer in women empowerement,  died  in the January 12th, earthquake in Port-au-Prince.
Frantz Legrand, Vice-director
Frantz visits Haiti frequently to ensure that WECE's programs are on point. He is a leader  and a collaborator. Frantz works in the Nursing Field.
Fedna Balthazar, Treasurer
Fedna is a visionary. He is a former trainer, one who supports the advancement of women through job trainings and placement. Mr. Balthazar is the father of three children. 
Peggy-Ann Dumas-Cadet,  Goodwill Ambassador/Secretary.
Culturally speaking, Ms. Dumas-Cadet  has been helping the Haitian community for over 20 years.  She is passionate about women and children issues.   Mrs. Dumas-Cadet works for the New-York City school board.
